How quickly will I receive a quote?+
We aim to send you the best available quote by WhatsApp within an hour.
When will my items be collected?+
We aim to arrange collection by the next business day. Your quote will include the best-priced collector’s estimated collection date and time.
Am I required to accept the quote?+
No. You can review the price and estimated collection time before deciding whether to accept and pay.
Why do you need 3 photos?+
Clear photos from different angles help collection providers understand the size and type of load, allowing them to provide a more accurate price.
Where should the items be left?+
The items must be ready for collection and accessible from the front of the property at the collection address.
When is the collection provider paid?+
Final payment is withheld until the provider supplies photos showing that the items have been removed from the collection site.
