When ready, press submit. Our dispatch agent will contact our network of waste collection providers to request price quotes.

Receive the best price
The dispatcher will select the best price and send it to you by WhatsApp.

Accept and pay
If you are happy with the price, let the dispatcher know that you would like to accept it. After payment is complete, the waste collection provider will be notified and can proceed with the collection.

Collection is verified
We withhold final payment from the collection provider until they provide photos showing the collection site with your items removed.
